DECEMBER #CHALLENGE YOUR CROWN
Where has the year gone, because December’s Crowned Crew challenge is here! As promised, we’re working our upper body this time 💪 It’s no secret that arm days are my favorite days - I think strong muscles on a woman are just so sexy and powerful! Not to mention the added health benefits from building strength as we age.
From Dec. 1st through the 10th, the goal is to incorporate at least 5 upper body days into your workout schedule. Try to stay active the other 5 days with some cardio, leg workouts, walking, etc. Every other day, I will be posting a new upper body workout geared to target a specific muscle group:
• Day 1: Push (chest & triceps)
• Day 3: Pull (back & biceps)
• Day 5: Push (shoulders
• Day 7: Pull (back & biceps)
• Day 9: Push (chest, shoulders, & triceps)
Each workout is listed below and video examples will be posted on the Crowned Athletics Instagram
Everyone who participates in the entire 10 days will receive a mystery coupon code (from at least 10% up to 25% off) to use on our website in the month of December. One GRAND PRIZE winner will receive a $50 Crowned Athletics gift card AND a Fitness Princess Long Workout Band for yourself, or to gift to a friend if you already own one.
How to Participate:
• Post a daily photo in your Instagram feed or stories proving you completed your upper body workout ie: show your workout station, screenshot your activity tracker, etc. Honor system people, don't let down the Crowned Crew 🙏
• Tag @crownedathletics and use the hashtag #challengeyourcrown
• Bonus points for wearing any Crowned Athletics gear in your posts ☺️
• On December 11th, email challenge@crownedathletics.com with your Instagram handle so we can confirm your participation and issue your mystery discount code
We encourage you to follow the #challengeyourcrown hashtag to be a part of the challenge community and cheer each other on! This will probably be our last challenge of the year to make way for new Crowned Crew activities in 2021 - so let’s make it count!
