SEPTEMBER #CHALLENGE YOUR CROWN
The Crowned Crew Challenges continue, but this month we're bringing down the intensity to focus on rest and recovery. I don't know about you, but I tend to work out really hard, say I'll "stretch later," and then completely neglect it. Our muscles need the proper love and care during their OFF times, to grow and perform at their highest capabilities during their ON times! Growing up as a dancer, I used to be SO flexible... but now it's embarrassing how tight I am 😂 So let's fix that!

Starting on September 1st, the goal is to stretch and/or foam roll for at least 10 minutes a day for 10 days straight. You are welcome to perform your own stretching routines or follow your favorite instructors. But if you need some extra inspiration, we will link a few of our favorite programs below.

Everyone who participates the entire 10 days will receive a mystery coupon code (from at least 10% up to 25% off) to use on our website in the month of September. One GRAND PRIZE winner will receive a $50 Crowned Athletics gift card AND one matching set of our recently restocked headbands and scrunchies.

Rules:
- Post a daily photo in your Instagram feed or stories proving you completed your stretch of the day ie: show your stretching area/foam roller, screenshot the routine you followed, etc. Honor system people, don't let down the Crowned Crew
- Tag @crownedathletics and use the hashtag #challengeyourcrown. DM us your photos if your account is private
- Bonus points for wearing any Crowned Athletics gear in your posts
- On September 11th, email hello@crownedathletics.com with your Instagram handle so we can confirm your participation and issue your mystery discount code
